Living Wills
Attorney Reed N. Noble has successfully prepared
Living Wills for clients since 1982.

The purpose of a Living Will (Health Care Power of Attorney) is to establish one person (a health care agent) to make legally binding health care decisions for you, if you can not make or communicate these decisions yourself, including giving or withholding life-sustaining treatment.

The document only takes effect when the physician or physicians you designate determine that you are unable to make or communicate these decisions.

A Living Will may also go farther than a standard health care power of attorney by declaring your desire for a natural death, and directing your health care agent to abide by your wishes in this matter.

It specifically directs that you do not want your life prolonged by extraordinary means or by artificial nutrition or hydration if your condition is determined to be terminal and incurable or if you are diagnosed as being in a persistent vegetative state.

Noble & Quinn, Attorneys at Law P.C. understands your family's concern about your health care desires. Preparing your Living Will through our firm will give you peace of mind by knowing your health care decisions will be honored.
